1.Participate project team work.
2.Coordinate for Customer PPAP/ISIR collection & PPAP submission
3. Responsible for following up customer feedback/release.
4. Responsible for handling of customer complaints (0-Km, Field ).
5.Visit to customer on Q-related issues.
6. Quality Statistics, Reporting
7.Coordinate on customer audit/visit preparation & follow up corrective action
8. Other tasks as defined by Quality Section Manager
