岗位描述/General Job Description:
Management of human resources planning/recruiting/employee relationship. Include but not limit:
1 Support HR managers for headcounts planning, budgeting and controlling;
2 Work close with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment efficiency and timeliness, management of recruiting suppliers;
3 Assistant to execute annual development review process;
4 Conduct exit interview with records and support the retention plan;
5 Responsible for the management of EHR daily operation and maintenance;
6 Management of emloyees contract;
7 Prepare HR related reports, statistics and analysis;
8 Other tasks assigned by manager.
任职条件/Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related professional science.
2 At least 4 years HR generalist experience, experience in MNC companies is preferred.
3 Good command of English.
4 Hard working, energetic, self motivated, and have strong sense of responsibility.
